To Prepare for this Class
**The previous three classes are a prerequisite.**

*Try to eat light today, avoid alcohol, caffeine, sugar and chocolate if possible.                      *Do continue to take prescriptions or therapeutic remedies.                                                  *This is part informational and part hands-on interactive class.  Bring at least one issue you would like to have healed - physical, emotional or a recurring theme.

*Dress comfortably, we will be actively interacting.

 

I will provide lunch and snacks will be available throughout class.  If you have special needs or wish to bring your own, please feel free to do so.  There are nearby restaurants, but it is difficult to break from the group when working in the energy.
