I am currently in Graduate School at St Catherine University in St Paul Minnesota, pursuing a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a concentration on Spirituality and Leadership.
My vision is to combine work from my healing practice: www.EnergyHealingCoach.com into my consulting business: www.DunowEnterprise.com. I have thus launched a new venture: www.SoulProprietor.co Holistic Consulting for Leaders, Independents, Teams and Organizations. To bring better balance, productivity and wholeness to work. I have found that doing all of these ventures keeps me in a great balance as well!
There is a current running through the business sector that is moving beyond "systems thinking" into more holistic practices. To get the most out of any project, business or relationship, each individual must be free to express their true authentic self and bring forth the gifts they have to share. I also see that spirituality and healing has a strong and direct correlation with the ability to learn, create and adapt; healing will no doubt be an everyday part of the secular corporate world... soon.
